Search is being rewritten by AI. We measure who wins.

Truvio audits how brands appear across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude and gives them a research-grounded path to visibility in the answers that are replacing search results.

The shift

Search moved to AI

~900M

weekly active users on ChatGPT by February 2026, more than double a year earlier.

OpenAI / SQ Magazine 2026

~2B

people reached monthly by Google's Gemini-powered AI Overviews.

Alphabet Q4 2025 / SQ Magazine 2026

37%

of consumers now begin searches with an AI tool rather than a traditional search engine.

Instant Press 2026

~2.5B

prompts processed by ChatGPT per day globally.

OpenAI / TechnologyChecker 2026

The problem

Buyers ask AI for recommendations. Most brands are invisible in the answers.

61% of consumers now use AI tools for shopping research. (Prime Avenue Group 2026)

62% trust AI for brand decisions and 43% use AI search tools daily. (Yext 2026)

85% of consumers say the way they discover brands has changed in the last five years; 72% buy within a month of discovery. (Clutch.co, April 2026)

AI influenced just over $14B in US online sales on Black Friday 2025 alone. (Reuters / PartnerCentric 2026)

Traditional SEO tools track page rank and keyword position. They cannot measure whether a brand is mentioned, recommended, or even known by the AI systems that are increasingly where buying decisions start. Brands are flying blind.

Our insight

AI answers are decided off-site. The brand's own website is not the lever.

68% of AI citations come from third-party sources, not brand-owned websites, based on an analysis of 500+ brands. (Erlin 2026)

The only peer-reviewed research on what actually moves AI visibility (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024) found that content with statistics, quotations, and citations sees +15-40% improvement in source visibility in generative search. Keyword-stuffing had no measurable effect. (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024)

AI tools surface brands based on whether credible third-party sources mention them, not ad spend or keyword ranking. (Clutch.co 2026)

This means the fix is earned third-party presence: editorial coverage, review platforms, community mentions, not more on-page SEO. Nobody measures this systematically for India's D2C ecosystem. That's the gap Truvio fills.

What we do

Measure AI visibility. Diagnose the gap. Fix it.

Audit

Query ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude with real buyer-intent prompts tailored to the brand's category, scale, and geography. Score presence, position, sentiment, and share-of-voice against a correctly scale-matched competitor set.

Diagnose

Identify which prompts miss the brand, which competitors win, and which third-party sources the engines are citing. Evidence-based, not guesswork.

Fix

Deliver a prioritized fix list grounded in the lever taxonomy from published GEO research: off-site earned coverage first, then entity/structured data, then on-page. Each fix names the specific source and action.

Monitor

Track score changes over time across all three engines. Alert on competitor overtakes, score drops, and new competitor entries. Measure whether the fixes moved the needle.

Why India, why now

The world's fastest-growing D2C market meets AI search, and global tools miss it.

India's D2C e-commerce market is ~$87.5B in 2025, projected to reach ~$267B by 2030 (25% CAGR). (Mordor Intelligence 2026)

ChatGPT alone reached ~100M weekly active users in India by February 2026. (OpenAI / DemandSage 2026)

Global GEO tools optimize for US-centric sources: Wirecutter, Reddit.com, Forbes. They miss India's discovery surfaces entirely: YourStory, Inc42, LBB, Indian subreddits like r/IndianSkincareAddicts, Nykaa editorial, and Myntra reviews. Truvio is built for this market from day one.

The behavior shift is happening now and is measurable now. Indian consumers are already asking ChatGPT and Gemini for brand recommendations in Hinglish. Brands that don't appear in those answers are losing to those that do.

The market

GEO is to AI search what SEO was to Google.

The GEO services market was estimated at $848M–$1.01B in 2025, projected to reach $17B–$33.7B by 2034 (45–50% CAGR). (Intel Market Research 2026; Dimension Market Research 2025)

For context: GEO retainers in the US typically run $1,500–$50,000+/month, signaling strong willingness to pay among brands that understand the shift. (Ice Cube Digital 2026)

We sell measurement and a credible, research-grounded path to AI visibility, not guaranteed rankings or magic fixes. Every recommendation we make traces to a published lever with a stated mechanism and evidence basis. We flag when we don't have a measured effect size rather than inventing one. This is a differentiator, not a limitation.
